Good to know before your session
Times are calculated in integer seconds, with no rounding drift. A cue can last up to 24 hours; a plan can contain up to 60 cues. Zero duration is allowed for a quick handoff or milestone.
This is a planning tool, not a live countdown or synchronized stage display. No dates, time zones, daylight-saving adjustments, cloud sync or collaboration. Breaks are explicit cues and included in total time.
Everything stays in browser memory until you download a JSON file. Reloading or closing loses unsaved changes. There is no auto-save. JSON is not encrypted; keep exported files private if they contain sensitive details. Only load backups from sources you trust; file structure and limits are checked before any replacement.
Use a current desktop browser. Print layout and pagination depend on your browser and printer; review every page in print preview before an event. This beta has not been field-tested with facilitators.
